The Magazine Pesquisa FAPESP presents in its last edition, a special on the Centers for Research, Innovation and Dissemination.

In its May edition, the magazine Pesquisa FAPESP published a special about the 10 Centers for Research, Innovation and Dissemination- Cepids, created in 2000 under the umbrella of programs for Technological Innovation of Fapesp.

The Cepids look at the development of research in areas such as medicine, urban studies, sociology, physics, among others, and the transference and dissemination of the results for agencies, public policy planning and implementation departments and the general public.

Materials on the Center for Metropolitan Studies, one of the Cepids of Fapesp, can be found on the site of the foundation under the title, “Dentro da boca de mil dentes: Centro de Estudos da Metrópole é um instrumento fundamental para entender e melhorar as cidades grandes".(Inside the Mouth with a Thousand Teeth: The Center for Metropolitan Studies is a fundamental instrument for understanding and improving larger cities)
